How to Create a Dynamic Form in Dreamweaver CS5
- 1). Click the Windows "Start" button, click "All Programs" and select "Adobe" from the menu. Click "Dreamweaver CS5" to open the software. After CS5 loads, open your Web project.
- 2). Click the "Insert" menu item, then click "Form" to start the form wizard. Type a name for the form in the first wizard. Select "POST" for the "Method" property and type "process.php" in the "Action" text box.
- 3). Place your cursor in the editor at the position where you want a form element to appear. Click the "Insert" menu item, click "Form," then click the type of input element you want to add. For instance, click "Text" to insert an input text box.
- 4). Type a name for the HTML element. Select the properties for the element such as maximum size, colors and a default value. Continue adding form elements to the page. After you finish adding elements, click the "Create" button.
