Why Do You Want to Shed Weight?

Why do you want to shed the weight? if you do not have a strong enough why; then chances are when the going gets tough and you do not notice the changes in your body that you want to see; then you are going to become disappointed and most likely quit.
Always remember before you begin your weight loss journey that it is going to be difficult for the first 20 days; you are learning how to develop new habits.
But once the first 20 days are over; it will become easier and you will have replaced new positive habits with your old bad habits that have been keeping you fat.
Ready to get the information that is going to change your life? Upon rising in the morning; take that picture of the body that you want to achieve and stare at it for a couple of minutes.
Now instead of seeing the picture visualize yourself with that body that you want.
Keep that picture in your mind at all times.
If you fail to do this part then chances are you will not have the success that you want.
We are creatures of habit and if you do not keep your goals in front of you; then it will be easy for you to fall off the path that you are on.
Your "why" has be strong enough to stay on the path.
This is one of the main reasons that people never notice that changes in there weight loss venture.
They say that they want to lose weight; but they do not know why they want to.
Their reasons are vague and do not mean a whole lot that is the reason it is so easy for them to quit when the going becomes tough.
It is never good to begin the weight loss journey if you do not know why you want to lose weight.
You can never start to want to get into shape because your husband or boyfriend wants you to lose weight.
You have to begin the journey because of your reasons.
Something like "I hate the way that I look when I look in the mirror" is a lot better.
You have to want it more than anything.
So sit down and write down your reasons of why you want to shed weight and really be honest with yourself.
After all if you are not honest; you are only hurting yourself.
Stay On The Path To The New You Find out if your husband wants to support you by exercising in the morning with you.
Use positive affirmations on a daily basis that will help you reach your goals.
Don't fall for the pill pusher claims that you can lose 30 lbs in 10 days junk that they promote.
Do it right and go slow and deliberate.
