Review of Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table

The Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table is designed to provide for the decompression and elongation of the spine, as well as the relaxation of the back muscles.
This way, you are able to relieve pressure on nerve roots and ligaments of the spinal cord, as well as on the back muscles that support the vertebrae.
The table is easy to use: simply rest your body against the pad, lock your feet behind the ankle supports, and then reach your arms over your head.
As your arms are raised, your body will gradually become inverted until you are almost completely upside down.
Thereafter just put in a bit of energy and then let the forces of gravity take their course on your body.
Some of the notable features of the Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table include:
  • Deluxe dual-pin adjustment system with height range of 4' 8" to 6' 3" - This feature makes the table easier to adjust and enables you to quickly find the right position for you.
  • Lower spring-loaded pull pin - This allows for easy ankle adjustments.
  • 250-pound user weight capacity
  • Safety strap - To enable you to control inverting angles.
  • Safety lock - This is designed to keep the table secure, especially when the table is not in use.
  • Folds up for easy storage and transport
  • U-shaped handrails
  • 4 safe and comfortable foam rollers
There are some things that I especially liked about this table.
I actually first used this inversion therapy table at my neighborhood gym.
Having tried it out there, I thought it was great and immediately placed an order to have one for myself.
The table was delivered on time and after I unpacked it, I was able to assemble it without any difficulty in less than one hour.
I especially appreciated the fact that it arrived with the bolts already in the holes that they are to go into which saved me the time in figuring out which bolt goes into which hole.
I am generally pleased with the effectiveness of this table as my back doesn't hurt as much as it has been in the last couple of months.
While there are many good things I can say about this inversion table, it does have its drawbacks too.
For one, I found it quite heavy and bulky which makes it difficult to move it around the house without assistance.
However, I do like that it is heavy duty and therefore very sturdy to use.
The only issue arises when I need to fold it up because I am not able to get it down to a manageable size such that I can move it to the next room.
I also didn't like the fact that when I try to hang upside down, I am not able to do so completely.
This is because this inversion therapy table can't seem to go all the way back on its own.
I therefore have to crawl backwards a bit in order to get into the right position.
