People spend small fortunes on diet pills, books, and workout routines that do nothing but waste time and money.

A calorie is a unit of energy.
The more calories that you take in, the more energy that you need to burn to prevent those calories from stock piling, and leading to weight gain.
3500 calories as approximately the equivalent of 1 pound of body fat.
What that means is that in order to lose a pound, you must burn 3500 calories more than you take in.
This can be done through caloric restrictions, increased exercise, or the most effective option, a combination of the two.
This is how weight loss occurs.
If you take in 3500 calories more than you burn, you will gain about 1 lb.
Step 2 - Dietary Balance All too often, people that are trying to lose weight will starve themselves.

This means that the weight piles back on quick.
It is not uncommon for for people to gain back more than they lost before their metabolism adapts to their new eating habits.
Step 3 - Calorie Burning Way too many people are looking for results in a bottle.
They do not want to put in work to achieve their goal to lose weight.
Results that are not achieved the right way will be short lived.
