Signs of a Twin Soul

    Commitment

    • When you feel as though you could live the rest of your life with someone, that person might be your twin flame. He should return your overwhelming sense of commitment and love, though. Your soul mate should love you and only you, which means he can't have any doubts about making a commitment to you alone. When you find someone who is excited about spending the rest of his life with you, it's a sign that he is that twin soul you desire.

    Thorough Understanding

    • When you can usually understand the wants and needs of your partner, it is a good sign she is your soul mate. She should be able to understand you just as thoroughly. This doesn't mean you will be able to read each other's minds, but it is something close to that. It's the ability to look at your partner and determine what her mood is and what she needs from you at that moment. This kind of familiarity doesn't usually happen immediately, though, so don't feel discouraged if you can't read your partner from day one.

    Elation

    • When you find your soul mate, it is normal to experience a strong sense of elation. It's like finding a piece of you that you never knew was missing, but you can't do without. Being with him should make you feel complete and insurmountably content with life. He should feel the same way as well. As Dr. Seuss said, "You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams." You should wake up every morning excited to see your twin flame.

    Self-Improvement

    • Your twin flame should complement who you are, making you a better person. When she comes around, all the aspects of you that make you a good person should shine their brightest. This doesn't mean she should nag you to change some of your bad habits, though. It simply means that when you meet your twin flame, everything good about you becomes apparent to others. You might feel the urge to better yourself as well without having your partner suggest it.
