Make Your Own Solar Panels - Don"t Need to Pay Electrical Bills Again

Electricity will always be a need in our modern lifestyle.
But as much as urban areas always have electricity, there are just some regions that do not.
These areas are then left with no choice but to look for alternative sources of electricity lest they want to be left behind.
After all, you cannot use technological devices such as computers and mobile phones if you do not have electricity at home.
However, one problem with alternative sources of electricity is that they can become a bit expensive.
Just take fossil fuels for instance.
It takes a lot of effort just to extract them.
And the energy it generates costs more.
With the economic depression plaguing the whole world, it will be very hard to consider these expensive sources.
There is therefore a need to look for cost effective ones.
Luckily, there is one source of energy that will always be cost effective.
It is always available to all of us and it will never run out.
It is the sun and it is shining on us everyday.
However, the problem with light energy is that it is hard to convert directly to electricity.
It is a good thing that someone invented the solar panels.
Now the sun can be harnessed to generate electricity not only for residential areas but also for automobiles.
The good news is that you can use this energy at your home.
Yes.
You heard it right.
You can make your own solar panels.
Here's how.
Collect the Materials The materials you will need to make your own solar panels are the following: a 1mm thick glass plate, an aluminum plate, a Styrofoam or silicon sheet, wooden box, electrical wires, a rechargeable alkaline battery and a battery box.
You may find it hard to find the first three materials but you can get them from hardware stores.
You may need to construct the wooden box with plywood.
This can be done quickly with a hammer and some nails.
An alkaline battery and battery can be secured from automobile repair shops while the electrical wires can also be bought from hardware stores.
Assemble the Materials The next step is to simply assemble the materials.
You need to cut the materials so that everything will fit rightly in the box.
As a first step, put in the Styrofoam or silicon sheet in the wooden box.
After that, put the aluminum plate on top.
The glass plate must be slightly bigger than the rest and it must be used to cover the box.
Now your solar panel is set.
Convert the Energy To convert the energy, simply drill a hole in the aluminum plate.
Tie an electrical wire through the hole then secure the other end at the battery.
Now expose the panel to the sun.
The collected heat will now be automatically collected in the battery.
If you connect the battery with your appliances, you will now see that it has generated electricity.
So there, you managed to make your own solar panels.
Congratulate yourself and enjoy the free electricity.
If you enjoy it, use it to power your house and you will never have to pay electrical bills again.
