The Addiction of Economic Stimulus And A Forced False Economy
Okay so, our federal government believes we need more stimulus, that this is the answer to our economic challenges.
However, we've had stimulus, and it has only worked temporarily, but it has not got the economy going again.
There are many reasons for this, but the main reason is because as we continue stimulus, we are not reducing overregulation or burdens on our small business community, and because we've entered into a socialist motif of class warfare which has been blasted throughout the media.
This is brainwashing our masses against the realities of free-market fundamentals and free-market capitalism.
Indeed, I think it's time I had a chat with you about this, because I see you are falling for this socialist rhetoric that has been so pervasive in human history, and caused so many nations to fall of their own accord.
You see, socialism doesn't work, it's never worked, and it always ends badly.
Further, might I remind you that Hitler was a socialist - you can just think about that on the back burner as you do a little research on the Internet to give you a better understanding of the difference between free-market capitalism, crony capitalism, and socialism.
Okay so, let's go ahead and switch gears because I certainly don't want to talk about Adolph in this article, those were very troubling times, and a place that none of us wishes to revisit.
There was a relevant article on Seeking Alpha on this topic recently titled; "If Stimulus Works, How Come We Need More Of It?" by Darrell Montgomery published on August 11, 2012.
Right now, as we provide more stimulus into our economy for things like food stamps which in many regards is corporate welfare because people who get the food stamps immediately spend that money which goes to the companies which supply the food.
I'm not going to discuss the fact that it is making people more plump and fatter, and causing diabetes, that's a whole another issue, which I am quite surprised of seeing as now the government is going to guarantee that everyone gets health care even when they've overeaten themselves into disease.
What happens is as we provide more stimulus, all of that money spent in two or three transactions then moves offshore.
The more stimulus we give the more inflation we see in other parts of the world, where our companies and corporations by their goods.
When we stop providing stimulus we see that our trading partners go into a slow growth period.
The problem is with the flow of the money, it doesn't stick around long.
But why is that? It's simple really we've overregulated our business community to the point that no one can afford to do business here, we've let the unions runaway with demands, we are threatening to raise taxes on those people who create wealth, jobs, and economic vitality, and all the while we allow lawyers to sue companies and entrepreneurs with ridiculous claims.
Who on earth would want to run a business here in the United States knowing those realities? When centralized governments try to systematically rearrange free-market enterprise, and funnel money to their crony capitalist friends, this is what you get.
When socialism destroys the economy, economically enslaving people and everyone votes for free stuff to survive without providing productivity, because there is no incentive to do so then we are living in a false economy, a forced economy, and a temporary bubble which is sure to pop.
Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.
If you'd like to talk about economics at a much higher level you may shoot me an e-mail.
