  Cabo San Lucas is a resort town on the southern tip of Baja California, Mexico. Cruise ships make regular visits and it is not unusual to see one or more of these floating resorts at anchor in the shadow of the location's signature arched rock. Cabo has a reputation as a party town and the line up of resorts along Medano Beach with their varied bars and pubs underscores the reputation. Blarney Castle Inn

• Though its name might suggest a vacation in the heart of Ireland, the Blarney Castle Inn offers guests panoramic views of Cabo San Lucas and the Pacific Ocean from its perch high on one of the city's hills. This hotel is for guests who want a quiet Cabo retreat, away from the mega resorts but still close enough to party to your heart's content.
