Vitamin B5 As an Acne Remedy

In 1995, Dr.
Lit-Hung Leung performed a study of acne.
He gave several teens and young adults high doses of vitamin B5.
The results were astonishing.
The pores appeared smaller, and acne was sizably decreased of even completely eradicated in nearly all of the test subjects.
Dr.
Leung's study found that in order for the highest chances of success 10 grams must be consumed per day.
There are several opinions on the effectiveness of vitamin B5, but perhaps the most supported is Dr.
Lit-Hung Leung's which stated the results were from B5's ability to balance a chemical called coenzyme A.
Coenzyme A balances hormones and fatty acids (both of which are known to dermatologists to cause acne).
Of all acne products, vitamin B5 might be the most effective over-the-counter solution.
However, it's use is not easy for some acne sufferers.
Taking 10 grams of vitamin B5 generally involves taking 20 or more pills.
There are some products which have made it easier for sufferers to consume vitamin B5 like Vilantae and OneClear.
Vilantae minimizes the amount of pills you need to take.
OneClear is a drink mix formula which combines good taste with the vitamin b5.
One drink with breakfast and one with dinner.
I have used it and experienced tremendous results.
All in all, vitamin b5 remains a great alternative to those who do not want to experience the harsh side effects of drugs, like Accutane, or anti-biotics.
Vitamin b5 is safe, all-natural, and remains one of the most effective acne solutions.
