Even when we are on diet we should enjoy our food but only to desired level.

For some people calories in one meal is the total amount they should have for a whole day and hence leading to weight gain especially for fast foods.
Soda has a lot of calories but no minerals or vitamins.
Refined flour loses so many vitamins, minerals and fiber which are important in any diet in the refining process.
Fiber keeps one full for long.
No fast weight plans can work usually causing increase in weight instead of reduction.
