How to Get Candy From Your Neighbors in "City Folk"

1). Open your inventory and select the stationery to open the letter-writing template. Select any neighbor of the opposite gender as the letter's recipient.
2). Type "Will you be my Valentine?" in the body of the letter. Talk to Pelly in the Post Office to send the letter at least one week before Valentine's Day.
3). Check your mailbox on Valentine's Day. Take out the letter from your neighbor. Select the present attached to the letter to place it in your inventory.
4). Highlight the present and select "Open." You receive the Chocolate Heart Candy Box.
