How to Perform a Soft Reset on a G1
- 1). Begin with the G1 powered on.
- 2). Press and hold the "End" key for a few seconds until the G1 powers off. Allow the device to shut down fully--the screen will turn black.
- 3). Press and hold the red "End" key until the start up screen appears to turn your device back on. Your device is now reset.
