A matter of resultance in a illegal recruter who have been the main suspect of this issue. their bodies have been stock in a funeral paz in courners of China which they families of the said victims requested them to bring back to the Philippines and let the cermony lasted with loveones saying goodbye for the last time.
The vice-president of the Philippines Jejomar Binay was one of the people who had been help these families in prosponing forever to the said penalty. By making of the said letter appealing to said discussion , the families of the victims hopes for the betterment of the situation of the said activity.When they first mailed the letter, The government of China had been forgiven the victims through the said letter but it came along for the second time around,The government cannot surpass the said conditions. They did the death penalty at exactly before dawn of luchbreak(as what the vice-president said to the interview). He was in Saudi Arabia having a social affilations when it all happend and the staff of vice-president reported the news to the familie of victims as well. They were shock and deeply sorrow to what it happend and even if they did not hear from the Department of Foreign Affairs(DFA) and to the Chinesse Embassy the official announcement of the said controversy.
