How to Set Up Clear Plugs
- 1). Remove the ear plugs from their plastic container. Each of the two ear plugs can be used in either ear.
- 2). Take the ear plug in between your thumb and fore finger.
- 3). Place your other hand over your head and grab the top of the ear on the opposite side and pull it up.
- 4). Insert the ear plug into the cavity so it is comfortable and secure, but not loose at all. Repeat the steps with the remaining ear plug. To remove the ear plugs, pull on the small knob at the back of the ear plug.
