Denver Landmark Sites for Weddings
Denver landmarks hold a special place in the hearts of residents of the Mile High City. Denver Broncos fans can get married at Sports Authority Field, while history buffs can tie the knot at the History Colorado Center. Other Denver museums offering unique venues include the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, as well as the Molly Brown Summer House Museum & Event Center. The Grant-Humphreys Mansion, located a stone's throw from the Governor's Mansion, also makes an elegant choice for weddings.
History Colorado Center opened its doors in 2012, and the sleek space seems to have been designed with special events in mind. The four-story atrium is available for evening wedding receptions after the museum closes, and can seat up to 400 guests. For smaller weddings, the Mountain View Event Room can seat up to 250 guests and is available for day and evening weddings.

The Leprino Family Atrium also overlooks the rose garden and grounds of City Park. Wedding parties must use the museum's in-house catering.

The historic mansion built by a former Colorado governor offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings in Denver. The Beaux-Arts mansion was completed in 1902 for James Benton Grant, who served as the third governor of the state from 1883 to 1885. Albert E. Humphreys purchased the mansion in 1917. The mansion is not available for rental on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
