Penis Enlarging Exercises - The Little-Known Secret to "Measuring Up"

If you've ever heard of penis enlarging exercises before, you're no doubt curious.
And if you haven't heard much about them, well, I wouldn't be surprised at that either.
You see, many penis enlargement companies that manufacture things likes pills and creams work hard to make sure their potential customers never hear about penis exercises.
The reasoning for this is that pills and supplements work on a monthly payment cycle, they threaten that men will lose their gains if they don't continue to drop $250 on pills each month, and so they continue to make money off of the same customer month after month.

As a guy who had thrown away A LOT of money (we're talking well over $1,000 here) on penis enlargement products that never delivered on their promises, I was skeptical when I first heard about and began researching these exercises.
As I looked more and more into it, I realized that these exercises actually made use of many of the same bodily principles used in traditional exercises and muscle growth.
When the body is introduced to a new physical stress or strain, the brain responds by increasing cellular growth in the affected area.
Basically, your body is trying to better prepare you for the next time that stress occurs (this is how a bodybuilder gets bigger biceps over time from lifting weights).
"OK cool...
But how is 'exercising' going to help my penis?"
This is where it gets interesting.
The penis itself is actually made up of three chambers, each of which fills with blood during sexual arousal (this is what causes you to have an erection).
Lucky for us guys, these chambers are made up of a spongy, porous tissue that can respond to stress and stimuli much like muscle tissue does.
This means that if you were to properly manipulate the penis tissues you could coax them into growth; resulting in a penis that can hold more blood and thus has a larger maximum erect size.
The exercises themselves are actually just targeted hand motions.
They are meant to be used when your penis is at about 70% of a full erection, because what you're doing is moving blood through the penis in order to gently stress the tissues.
If you decide that you want to increase the size of your penis it's important to follow a good penis exercise program in order to be safe and effective in your workouts.
Most of these programs require you to dedicate just a few minutes per day of dedication in order to start seeing significant gains.
