A Dreary Phase Called Letting Go

Letting the person you love most is most probably the most courageous thing to do.
Most of the time, people thought that the only way to prove your love to someone is to fight for the person, but apparently, it doesn't always go that way.
Sometimes, giving up is the only way.
Going through the painful stage of breaking up is what actually led me to writing this article.
Sharing my thoughts and opinions on the thing that matters most to every individual on this planet, Love.
Yes, as what's aforementioned, fighting for your love is a brave act, but letting go of him is definitely a braver one.
Breaking up is absolutely the most stressful phase that one has to go through.
Precisely, this is because of sleepless nights, never ending sobbing, and endless reminiscing of the sweet-bitter past.
With that, here are some helpful tips in coping up with your distress.
1.
Remember that in whatever painful scene in one's life, shedding some tears is quite helpful.
It helps in releasing tension, anguish, and yes, it somehow lessens the load you're bearing.
Never deprive yourself from letting your heart out.
After all, your goal is to get over it.
2.
Take time to think things over.
If you feel like thinking why these things happen, then go.
Just make sure that you're doing this for one simple reason, you want to clear things up so it'll be a lot easier to go on with your life.
3.
During this time of despair, choosing the right person or persons to confide your feelings to is very important.
Do not allow yourself to be surrounded with bitter people.
Believe me, it won't help.
Go for those who are willing to make things clearer for you.
Meaning, those who will make you understand why these things happen and not the other way around.
4.
Always try to feel good.
It would be hard at first, but sooner, you'll realize that there's a positive thing out of it.
Feeling food is a choice, and feeling good will make things better.
If you get used to it, in a month time, you'll see yourself in a better shape both physically and emotionally.
5.
Nothing beats the power of prayers.
Remember that in every worst scenario in our lives, it's always good to have a great God to back us up.
It gives us a sigh of relief when we just sit, cry, and lift up whatever pain we have to Him.
After all, He alone has all the power to take them away.
