Golden Pond is a country community located on a state Scenic Road near several horse farms. The Florida Greenway, a system of hiking and horseback riding trails, is less than a mile from the mobile home park. The clubhouse hosts bingo, karaoke and crafts. There is also a shuffleboard court. The rate for renting a mobile home space is $240 monthly, including water and sewage. There are also RV campsites for rent.

Saddle Oak Club

• Saddle Oak Club is a mobile home community for ages 55 and older and is close to Paddock Mall, Ocala Antique Mall and the Silver River. Residents have access to a heated swimming pool, Whirlpool hot tub, shuffleboard and Bocce ball courts. Pre-owned mobile homes in Saddle Oak start at 1,000 square feet and most have new carpets, roofs and air conditioning. The community allows two pets but has breed restrictions.

Rolling Greens Mobile Home Park

• Rolling Greens is an age-55-and-older manufactured home park with 1,084 homes. The park is 2 miles from Silver River, a natural spring with a variety of wildlife, and hosts an 18-hole course. The community has organized golf games Monday through Friday. Residents also have access to tennis, shuffleboard and horseshoe courts. Rolling Greens has three pools, one of which is heated. Pets are allowed, but there are breed restrictions.
