Whilst it is good to look back and take in scenery as to where you are now and then, you also need to look forward and focus on your goals.

What are you working towards for each day you wake up, there has to be a purpose to that day.
If you are driven by your goals, make that the purpose so that it will drive you towards not away from those goals.

Go out there and be active, this is the key, doing something however small towards your goals will get you a step closer, but to do nothing keeps you further away.
The quicker you move towards your goals, visualise and take action, the quicker you will achieve them.
