If you can't force a man to commit, how else can you show him you want a relationship?  Is he ready for a relationship or are you just lonely?  How do you show him what is possible?  There are no tricks or books you need to show him what's out there.  It's all about what you already possess and using it like his heart wants.

You can introduce your man to commitment but you can't make him try it.  Just like the horse, the man has to be willing and ready.  If you have to make him commit, that is a very bad sign for your future.   Introduce your man to commitment like you introduce him to friends.

Sex should not happen yet.  When sex comes into the game too early before emotions and a soul connection, then the relationship will be only about sex.  That isn't commitment; you're just another booty call to him or hit it and quit it.

Let your man see everything you are and could be in the future.  Don't be afraid to be yourself and let him see you're a great woman that is better than all those others.  Show him a little of your sexy side by dressing in a nice dress to dinner or a necklace that shows him where to look.  Little clues to get his attention then capture him with your winning personality.  Introduce your man to commitment by being you.
