How do I Check for Missing or Currupt Files Using OS CD XP?
- 1). Insert the XP CD into the computer. Restart the PC.
- 2). Press any key when prompted to boot from CD.
- 3). Press "Enter" at the first screen and "F8" at the license terms.
- 4). Highlight the drive to be repaired and press "R." The repair will proceed from the CD, overwriting corrupt or missing XP files.
