ADHD Tip - Successful CEO Norm Brodsky Says Most Entrepreneurs Suffer From ADHD

"It's no secret that most entrepreneurs - including me - suffer from ADD.
Actually, I can't say I have suffered from it, since I think it's had a lot to do with my success over the years.
" -Norm Brodsky, CEO & magazine columnist.
This very subject is among great debate between scientists, researchers, professionals, advocates, and skeptics of ADHD.
There are some people who would have you believe that ADHD does not contribute to success.
Yet there are others who really want you to know and believe that certain symptoms of ADHD are powerful gifts that give you an advantage.
What you can learn from Norm Brodsky:
  1. It's all about perspective.
  2. Science doesn't matter outside the classroom.
  3. Success is defined differently by some.
  4. Balance is important.
  5. ADD is not a disorder.
What do you believe about ADHD?Is it an advantage? Is it a disadvantage? If I sit here and convince you of one side of this argument, then I overlook and leave out a majority of you who can find success in different ways.
Personally, however, I do think ADHD can be an advantage if you know how to recognize your strengths and use them to help you.
Yet at the same time, if you take this for granted and expect things just to happen, this is when you can see your symptoms as a distinct disadvantage.
From where I stand, this debate is still very much open for discussion.
What you should consider is how you define success.
Whether or not you believe the words of Norm Brodsky, you have to give him credit for never overlooking the need to develop focus.
