How to Find a Mass Health Primary Physician

Find a Mass Health primary physician

    • 1). Call Mass Health customer service at 1-800-841-2900. Mass Health staff will help you find a primary care doctor in your area. You may also visit the Mass Health Web site (link in Resources) for a full list of contact information.

    • 2). Visit a nearby community health center, and ask Mass Health benefits staff working on site for help in finding a primary care physician. If you aren't sure where the nearest community health center is in your area, visit the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers' Web site (link in References) and use its search tool.

    • 3). Call your health plan if you are a member of a Mass Health managed care organization (MCO), such as Fallon Community Health Plan, Neighborhood Health Plan, Network Health, or Boston Medical Center HealthNet. Contact information is available on the Massresources.org site (link in References). Most of the Mass Health managed care organizations also have online resources to search for a doctor; links to their Web sites are available at Massresources.org.
