1994 Fleetwood Caribou Camper Specs

    • The Fleetwood Caribou camper is a slide-in style camper that sits on the bed of a 1-ton truck. The camper can sleep up to six people comfortably with the conversion of the dining table to a bed. The seven windows and the door allow in ample light. The screened door ventilates without letting bugs inside.

    Interior

    • The 1994 Fleetwood camper has a self-contained water supply and waste system. The maximum water capacity is 50 gallons. The dining table folds down to convert into sleeping space at night. The kitchen area of the 1994 Fleetwood Caribou camper has a three-burner range, refrigerator and a double-basin sink. Latching cabinets in the kitchen provide storage space for food and dishes. The bathroom in the camper is a full bathroom with a step-in shower, sink and toilet. A small vanity and mirror complete the bathroom space.

    Exterior

    • The exterior of the 1994 Fleetwood Caribou truck camper is made up of a fiberglass shell. A power jack at each corner of the camper supports the camper while it's being stored. The dry weight of the camper is 3,100 lbs. The roof is sealed and covered with fiberglass, as is the rest of the body. An air conditioner is mounted to the roof. Dual LP tanks can be stored at the rear. A ladder mounted to the rear of the camper affords access to the roof.

    Vehicle Requirements

    • The 1994 Fleetwood Caribou is an 11-foot camper that slides into the bed of a truck. To have enough hauling power and space, the truck must be a 1-ton truck, otherwise the camper will not sit correctly in the bed. Trucks that have dual rear wheels can still carry the 1994 Fleetwood Caribou truck camper; there is enough room to clear the wheel wells. The top of the camper extends over the top of the truck cab, so tool boxes that might normally sit in the bed of the truck must be removed.
