Disorganized? We Can Help!
Are you feeling as if your life is on a never-ending cycle of chaos, overwhelm and disorganization? You aren't alone.
I have been talking to so many people lately who are struggling with their lives, stress and trying to make sense of it all.
They keep saying..
..
if only I could _____________.
You can fill in the blank.
There is so much more for us to live for other than stress and anxiety.
The key is that you choose to make a change.
And no, it isn't easy.
If it was, we would all have done it already! But, remember that anything worth having is worth working for and you deserve so much more.
The three key words to make a significant life change are Dedication, Obligation and Accountability.
Finding yourself an accountability partner who can relate to and understand your issues, concerns and struggles is great...
but then setting goals and having that person hold you accountable to what you need to do, on a DAILY basis is what will make the change.
Let's talk about each of them: Dedication - Doing what it takes, no matter what! Going over, above and beyond what you would normally have done each day.
Push yourself to do a little more each day.
I know that you have an extra 10 minutes somewhere! Be dedicated to changing your life NOW! Obligation - Why would you feel obligated to make a change? Here are just a few...
To improve your self-esteem and confidence.
To improve your lifestyle To reduce your stress and overwhelm To increase your credit score by paying bills on time! To have more time with your family and friends To improve your health To..
..
you fill in the rest because you know what they are.
Third, Accountability Having someone that will hold you ACCOUNTABLE to your obligation and dedication will increase the chances that you will succeed at reaching your goals.
Be selective when choosing your accountability partner.
They need to be able to be totally honest with you, even if you may not like what they are going to say.
And, you need to be open to receiving their comments without conviction.
You will thank them in the long-run! Make the connection and choose to Make the Change NOW! You deserve it.
