How to Disassemble the Big Dog SuperTrapp Exhaust

1). Remove the heat shields from the SuperTrapp exhaust by loosening the worm clamps that hold the shields to the exhaust with a flat head screwdriver.
2). Remove the exhaust support bracket that connects the exhaust to the motorcycle chassis with a socket wrench and hex socket.
3). Loosen and remove the two oxygen sensors with an open end wrench. Loosen and remove the four bolts that mate the header pipes to the exhaust headers with a hex socket and socket wrench.
4). Remove the entire exhaust assembly from the motorcycle by hand.
5). Loosen and remove the 5/16 inch hex bolt or bolts that secures the muffler or mufflers to the header pipes with a socket wrench and hex socket.
6). Remove the end cap-disc stack assembly from each muffler by loosening the 1/4 inch end cap screws with an Allen socket and socket wrench.
7). Unscrew the two 1/4 inch Allen screws on the bottom of the muffler. Remove the muffler core assembly.
