Be Well, Live Well and Live Longest - Some Thoughts on Death and Dying

They call it the cycle of life; you are born, you grow up, you procreate, you grow old and then you die.
There are hundreds of clichés that we use to describe life, some are humorous, some are serious, but it's how humans deal with the inevitable.
Death and Dying is nothing anyone wishes to talk about, but it is real.
What is that saying; "Life is a Bitch and then You Die!" Well, that is a hell of a way to go indeed.
It is often said that to get the most out of your life experience that you must follow your dreams and not dwell on the pain and sorrow, instead understand that without them, you cannot experience the full effect of the joy and laughter.
The range of emotional highs and lows is something to consider, even if no one really wishes to experience the loss of a loved one or a personal tragedy.
Of course, on the other hand, adversity builds character and strength of character is one of the finest attributes to have.
When we see strength of character in our friends it is something we admire.
During your life cycle, you should live to the fullest and live well.
You should strive to stay in top shape, good health and of solid mind.
Lastly, if you are living well, and have a healthy life, you will wish to keep that going as long as possible so you can experience all that life has to offer, before you expire.
If you can do that you have had a life well lived and when it's time to go, it's no big deal.
