How to Load Sentricon Termite Chambers

    • 1). Open the top of the Sentricon termite chamber and insert a slender piece of untreated wood. Split wood with the grain exposed makes it easy to determine if termites have been feeding at the bait station.

    • 2). Securely fasten the top of the termite chamber and place the bait station in the soil so that the top is flush with the soil surface.

    • 3). Monitor the bait station every 2 to 3 weeks for signs of termite damage on the wood in the chamber.

    • 4). Replace the untreated wood with the Sentricon termite bait that came with the termite chamber. The pesticide is specially formulated to attract more termites to the baiting station once discovered.

    • 5). Leave the termite bait and the Sentricon termite chamber in the soil to provide protection against future termite infestations around your home. The termite bait will remain effective for several years in the chamber.
