How to Install a Rubber Roof on a Camper
- 1). Use detergent and a hand brush to clean the roof of your camper. Rinse it thoroughly with water and allow it to dry completely overnight before applying the Liquid Roof.
- 2). Mask an outline of the area where you will apply liquid rubber. Painter's tape works to surround the desired surface.
- 3). Spread smooth, light coats of Liquid Roof with a roller or paint brush to the prepped roof of your camper. Only a simple one-coat application in an open area is required to seal the surface.
- 4). Allow the liquid rubber to solidify until the surface is not tacky to the touch. One quart of Liquid Rubber covers approximately 11 square feet.
