How to Find Information on a Traffic Violation Ticket

1). Look on the front and rear of the ticket to determine if the information needed is located on the ticket itself.
2). Look for the clerk of courts traffic division's telephone number, located on the rear of the citation.
3). Call the clerk of the court's traffic division telephone number and select the option to speak with a representative.
4). Provide the representative with the citation number, located on the top of the front of the citation, as well as your name and the date of the citation. With this information, the representative will be able to locate your citation and answer any questions you may have.
