Yes, you read that right.
Eat carbs! Carbs are turn into glucose and is stored in your body.

Too many carbs or an extremely high carb diet will leave you bloated and feeling fat.
So again, fruits and vegetables are good for you.

Even though we think water will make us bloated it actually does the opposite.
Water helps flush the sodium out of our body which is the real cause of bloating.
