Visit An Amazing Underwater World at SEA LIFE Orlando

Florida’s newest aquarium, SEA LIFE Orlando, promises to transport you into an amazing underwater world. Whether you are a fan of sharks or looking to see Nemo in person, you can see them both… plus a whole lot more since there are more than 5,000 creatures on display.

Through its 30 innovative and immersive displays, there is plenty for every member of the family to enjoy, including:

360-Degree Ocean Tunnel

You may feel like bait at first, but you’ll wonder at the underwater tunnel that gives you a 360-degree view of turtles and sharks in their habitat as they swim above, below and all around you.

Rock Pool Experience

Remember those cute little hermit crabs you saw on your trip to the beach? See them up-close, along with a number of creatures that live in rock pools around our coasts, including starfish. Everything in the touch pool is safe to handle… if not a little sticky or slimy.

Children’s Play Area

Kids can burn off energy in the children’s soft play area. Socks are required for all guests in the play area; but, if you forget, socks can be purchased in the retail shop.

Breed, Rescue and Protect

Educational as well as entertaining, learn how SEA LIFE Orlando is breeding, rescuing and protecting creatures of the sea and how the SEA LIFE Trust is working to preserve our oceans for future generations:
  • SEA LIFE is rescuing hundreds of sick and injured seals and turtles each year, rehabilitating them and returning them to the wild when possible.
  • SEA LIFE organizes beach clean-ups across the globe.
  • SEA LIFE runs global breeding programs for 13 species of endangered rays; and, runs the largest seahorse network in the world.

Follow an interactive quiz trail that will keep you immersed in your visit and help you learn more about the underwater world.

    Photographs

There are photographers available to take photographs of your memorable visit, but visitors are allowed and encouraged to take their own pictures as well. If you are bringing your own camera, remember to turn off the flash since bright lights can damage some of the animal’s eyes.

Those pictures the aquarium photographers take are available for sale in the retail shop at the end of your visit. Photo books are also available for purchase.
