1). Call the Cherokee Nation headquarters general line, at 918-453-5000. Ask them for a list of all of the 14 counties and all the towns and cities inside the Cherokee Nation located in Northeast Oklahoma.
2). Access phone book records online at such sites as Dex Knows (dexknows.com), Any Who (anywho.com) or White Pages (whitepages.com).
3). Search the listings of each town, county and city within the Cherokee Nation by using the first and last name of the person for whom you are searching in each search.
4). Research public records for all of the 14 counties in the Cherokee Nation and search for the name of the person for whom you are searching. Go to a site such as onlinesearches.com or publicrecords.com for all possible public records listings.
