 Losing the belly fat is probably the hardest part of the body to effectively lose weight. There are no magic pills or magic exercises that will get you to the flat stomach you crave. However, there is a possibility that there are about 10 proven tips you can do for yourself that
will help you get closer to achieving that goal. Here, they are.

1. Sugar:

The biggest offender of putting on the fat cells around our waist is sugar. There are many different kinds of sugar, and they are usually disguised on labels as Fructose. This fructose is found in many types of different foods. Sodas, chips, and other sweets are the biggest offenders. However, they are found in other areas so always read the label of what you're
eating to get away from the sugars.

2. Grains:

Grains have proven to be great for people that need to lower the fat content around their waist. Grain contains a great deal of fiber. The fiber in the grains helps to slow down the digestion in the body and prevent spikes in your blood sugar levels. This will help lower insulin levels. The insulin levels have been strongly associated with belly fat. Things with 100
percent whole grains are best like oatmeal, brown rice, and other foods.

3.  Tart Cherries:

One of the less common foods that are associated with removing belly fat is "tart Cherries" These cherries have ingredients that reduce inflammation and fat content in the blood. It also has a great antioxidants called Anthocyanin.

4. Eat Mediterranean:

There are certain worldly diets that you may want to consider. They have also been proven to reduce belly fat. The Mediterranean diets are rich in vegetables, legumes, grains, fruits, nuts and many other healthy foods. They are low in protein but still enough to give your body the
right amount. This type of diet can dramatically influence your belly fat
content.

5. Blueberries:

Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants. They are great for the flow of blood and increasing the metabolism of individuals. This is one of those natural ingredients that you can use to help improve your weight loss.

Lean meat is a great thing to add to your diet. It will help you lower the fat content of your waist when you eat the right kind. Fish and chicken are great for low bellies. Also, egg whites are great sources of protein without the added nutrients.

8. Salt

Salt is one of the ingredients that are hidden in pretty much anything that you consume. It is added for flavor as well as preserving the food. When you order things with lots of salt it absorbs the water that you intake and if you eat too much it can cause you to feel bloated.

9. Green Tea:

This is one of those beverages that are rich in natural antioxidants. They will help lose the belly fat with the extra ingredients in it. The green tea antioxidants that are known to reduce the layers of fat along your waist are called Catechins. Green Tea has other added benefits as well it can rid your body of unnatural toxins that may have built up over time.

10. Alcohol

Probably the biggest benefactor to a large stomach is the intake of alcohol. There are so many calories and fat in a glass of beer, wine, or liquor that over consumption of these beverages will cause your stomach to swell.
