Fish Oil and Omega-3 Fatty Acids Good For Weight Loss?

I've got some thoughts about fish oil and Omega-3, and wonder if it's good for weight loss and health, etc..
I personally use fish oil supplements because it helps me personally to feel good in your skin, nails and hair, and increased energy levels.
