So what's really going on?
Biologically, pimples form on your chin because the pores are clogged with dead skin cells. Then your sebaceous glands produce excess oil which then builds up behind the clogged pores that are underneath your skin. This becomes a good breeding ground for bacteria to form, and this causes the pimples.
