DIY Wedding Decor Flowers on Fishing Line

    • 1). Cut the fishing line so the length of the line is double the desired length of your garland. Include an extra foot of line, too, so there is room for knotting.

    • 2). Thread a needle with the fishing line. Pull the needle to the middle of the line, then tie a knot at the loose ends of the line.

    • 3). Use scissors to cut off the calyx, or bottom part of the flowers. The petals will still stay together, but there will be a hole in the middle base of the flower.

    • 4). Stick the threaded needle through the middle of the flower to thread it onto the string. Continue with all of the flowers, until you have a floral garland.

    • 5). Hang the garland.
