Afghanistan - Innocent Victims of War

Every day we hear of war stories, and sometimes we don't even stop to think of the reality of what is actually going on.
Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam and Bosnia innocent victims are continuing to be killed.
We call it collateral damage, is there another name for it? The assault on Kandahar just recently, lead by NATO and United States Forces saw the Taliban killing more innocent people in the conflict.
This of course will continue, and many more innocent civilians will be maimed and killed as long as this conflict continues and the more they injure will lead for less support for the NATO and United States Forces in the region.
We hear it on the news every day, but it's hard to understand what's going on until we hear it from the troops or witness it first hand.
The killing of young children, mothers and fathers in this day and age should not be tolerated and should be condemned by all of society, collateral damage we are always going to have, but people being used by these terrorists as human shields is outside of any convention known to man.
Soldiers of our Military and Defense Forces.
Soldiers and the other brave men and women that make up our defense forces are trained for conflict but the innocent civilian caught up in the crossfire has no training in defending themselves or their families, and these terrorists are fully aware of this Today let's make a difference, and join groups to voice our disdain for what's going on and see can we make a difference collectively.
The many military rings customers that we have all over the regions have over the years expressed their concern about continued developments in deployed areas.
Collateral damage as we know it, refers to damage to buildings and lumped in to this, is the loss of lives for innocent victims that have no way of defending themselves in the midst of wars.
