An Easy Way to French Braid Your Bangs

    • 1). Brush your hair until it is free of knots and tangles. Use a comb to separate your bangs from the rest of your hair. The thickness is up to you, but you want about 2 inches of bangs for a french braid that will hold. Brush the section of your bangs forward to lay over your face, and tie the rest of your hair back with a ponytail holder.

    • 2). Brush your bangs to the side of your forehead in the direction which you will want your french braid to go. Separate the bangs into three equal sections. Begin the braid with the first 1 to 2 inches of the sections. Braid the right section over the middle section, and then the left section over the middle section. Pull tight.

    • 3). Continue french braiding your bangs by grabbing another 1 to 2 inches of each section to braid over the middle. The sequence will go right over middle, left over middle, repeat. As you braid, allow it to follow your hairline across your forehead and stop braiding when you reach the end of your bangs.

    • 4). Pin the ends of the french braid to the under-side of your head behind your ear, or wherever they stopped being braided. For a more secure hold, spray the braid with hairspray.
