How to Reset a Pantech Duo
- 1). From the "Home" screen, push the left soft key under the word "Start" to enter the main menu.
- 2). Highlight "Settings," press "OK," choose "Security" and press "OK" again.
- 3). Choose "Master Clear" from the "Security" menu and press the "OK" button. A warning box will pop up on the screen letting you know that you are erasing all of the data on your phone.
- 4). Select "Yes" and press "OK" to finish resetting your Pantech Duo.
