Want to Lose Weight? Stop Being Hungry
First of all I would like to describe the situation which may seem familiar to you.
You are not satisfied with your appearance and trying hard to lose weight.
So in the morning, full of determination, you decide to stop eating for as long as possible.
It won't be very difficult in the beginning.
Probably you will be succeeding till noon or even evening.
Many hours you will spend with your stomach absolutely empty and will be really glad celebrating in secret: "I am doing it right! I am not eating with absolutely no effort, I am even going hungry to some extent.
It is really pleasant to me and, of course, I will lose weight in the long run! Well done! What a painless way of going hungry and losing weight! Just give up breakfast and that's it!" Doesn't it seem the thing at least some of us are used to be doing from time to time? If so than let us try to recall what happens then.
By midday, sometimes later, sometimes earlier, hunger starts to accumulate.
Perhaps, we will be able to stand it for some time, but eventually we begin to eat.
And more than that, we don't stop till evening.
The result? Well, a couple of pounds added to our flesh.
But the worst is that after doing all this, full and heavy, we realize the amount of food eaten in terror and begin to blame ourselves with all indecent words we know.
It doesn't help anyway and the self-esteem drops to zero.
Upset but still full of determination, we give ourselves a word to avoid anything undue.
And the next morning, when we get up and feel no hunger, we are glad to realize that nothing is lost and "today I will manage it to the end".
And...
That is right! Everything repeats.
Again eating till late in the evening, some more additional pounds and some day we give in.
Since that moment our body weight has no barriers.
You may ask: "Is there anything we can do in this situation? " Sure.
If the problem arises because of not eating in the morning, than the problem solution may lie just in having breakfast.
The first thing it will give us is that we won't be so hungry by noon.
This means less food eaten for lunch and dinner.
Maybe we will be able to absolutely do away with late eating.
If not, the amount of food is sure to be less.
And this in its turn means we are not going to gain weight at night.
So, to put it simple, the idea of losing weight may sound like this: Stop not eating during the first half of your day to not overeat during its second half.
Apportion meals evenly and sometimes this will be enough to start losing weight.
Sounds strange but we have nothing to lose except for our annoying body fat.
