There are many acne medications, acne scar treatments, and acne home remedies out there but starting with the basic acne diet is guaranteed to lead to acne cures for you.
By properly eating the right foods and avoiding the ones that harm your skin, you will see much clearer skin in just a week.
Below are the Do's and Don'ts I use when treating my acne cystic and normal acne such as blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples.
The Do's 1.
Water:
Have six glasses each day minimum.
This is very beneficial to your skin.

Fruit and vegetables:
Have five daily servings of vegetables and fruits.
The best Vegetables and fruits include garlic and green beans.

Fresh seeds:
Each day have one tablespoon of mixed fresh seeds, preferably sesame seeds.
Sesame seeds are one of the hidden acne medications that most people do not know about.
4.
Fiber-rich foods:
Eat plenty of complete grains, root vegetables, and beans.
5.
Organic foods:
Eat anything organic as much as possible.
6.
Alternatives to Dairy products:
Try sometimes using alternatives to milk and cheese such as Soy milk and tofu.
Milk and cheese have caused allergic reactions in some cases which increased acne.
7.
Alcohol:
Avoid completely or limit your alcohol intake.
8.
Tea and coffee:
Have no more than two cups a day of either one.
Get some more sleep at night and you won't feel so tired in the morning and compelled to drink caffeine! 9.
Vegetable oils:
Try to limit vegetable oils to only a small amount of olive oil daily and no more than three times a week.
Grill foods instead.
Don'ts 1.
Sugar:
Don't add sugar to drinks and cereals, and avoid foods high in sugar such as soft drinks and desserts.

Carbohydrates:
Don't have foods containing white flour, such as bread, biscuits, cakes, pastries and pasta.
3.
Chemicals:
Don't have foods containing chemical additives.
This includes most canned, preserved, or processed foods.
4.
Fried foods:
Don't have fried foods.
Simmer, steam, roast or lightly grill them instead.
5.
Fatty foods:
Don't have foods like margarine, cream, and ice cream.
6.
Processed fats:
At all costs, do not have processed foods because they contain unbelievable amounts of trans-fats.
7.
Smoking:
Don't smoke at all if possible.
This is easier said then done for you smokers out there.
By following these do's and don'ts I presented, this will significantly decrease your likely hood to develop acne and acne causes.
Incorrect eating habits are one of the root causes for all types of acne and different eating times, too much starch and sugar, and fried and greasy foods are another.
In conclusion, by following these simple Do's and Don'ts will keep you from taking some harmful over-the-counter acne medication or going to see a dermatologist which will cost you lots of money.
