Splashwater Kingdom, the water park at Kentucky Kingdom, features the Deluge water coaster, the Tornado funnel ride, the Mt. Slide Hai slide complex, the Hurricane Bay wave pool, and Hook's Lagoon, an interactive water play area for the young kiddos. Best of all, the water park is included in the general admission price to the amusement park.

Located directly across from Louisville International Airport, at the intersection of I-65 and I-264.

From Cincinnati: I-71S to Louisville. Exit at I-65S. Approx. 5 miles from downtown Louisville at Crittenden Drive exit, Exit 132.

From Lexington: I-64W to downtown Louisville. Exit at I-65 South. Approx. 5 miles from downtown Louisville at Crittenden Drive exit, Exit 132.

From Indianapolis: I-65S to Louisville. Approx. 5 miles from downtown Louisville at Crittenden Drive exit, Exit 132.

After exit 132, enter Kentucky Exposition Center through Gate 4 or Gate 2 on Crittenden Drive and follow signs to Kentucky Kingdom.

New for 2014:

Mega Wedgie The Splashwater Kingdom water park will debut a bowl ride. The water slide will send riders aboard tubes down a tunnel and into a bowl where they will swish around a few times before getting flushed out the bottom into a splashdown pool.
