How to Make a Catering Contract
- 1). Write the names of the caterer and the customer on the contract. Clearly spell out the identity of the contracting parties.
- 2). Write down in specific terms what the caterer is responsible for. Include all food, beverages and personnel that the caterer must provide.
- 3). Write down the date and time that catering services are to be provided. Include the start and end times of the required services.
- 4). List the price of the catering services. Write the terms of payment, including the amount of down payment required. Clearly state when the final payment is due.
- 5). Make two copies of the agreement. Both the caterer and the customer must sign each contract. Each party will keep a copy of the contract, with original signatures.
