How to Make Earrings From Old Coins
- 1). Lay the coins on a towel. Sit this on top of a work bench or table.
- 2). Use a metal punch. Punch the top of each coin to make an indentation in each.
- 3). Drill a hole in each coin. Do this by using the indentation on each as a guide.
- 4). Scrape the inside of each hole with the tip of a knife to smooth the edges.
- 5). Insert a piece of craft wire into the hole on each coin. Make sure that just a small piece of wire comes through.
- 6). Twist the end of the wire to attach to the coin.
- 7). Add a couple beads to the wire on each coin.
- 8). Twist the wire above the last bead to hold in place.
- 9). Create a small loop in the wire on each earring.

Add earring hook to the loop for each earring.
