Anyone who has ever tried to maintain wooden boat hulls or boat accessories understands how difficult and time-consuming this can be. Fiberglass demands slightly less maintanence and weathers better, but still has its drawbacks. Those looking for a better material for do-it-yourself boat projects might want to consider using Starboard. Available at most marine supply stores, its light weight and durable nature make it an ideal product for boat do-it-yourself enthusiasts. - According to Power and Motoryacht, Starboard is a revolution in marine construction supplies "for everything from rod holders to boarding ladders.
