 You'd have to run for about an hour just to lose all of those extra calories.
 Water is a great substitute because it doesn't contain any extra calories.
 Not only that but it cures your craving for food.
 A lot of the time your body is just thirsty but your stomach tells you that it's hungry.
The second tip is to start eating a healthy breakfast full of nutrients every morning.
 Many people fail to skip breakfast because of their busy schedules.
 Then when lunch comes around they tend to overeat and store the extra fat.
 Breakfast is also important because it kick-starts your metabolism in the morning which means you'll burn fat at a quicker pace.
 You'll also set a healthy tone the rest of the day by starting your day off that way.
The last tip is to get in enough exercise each week that you burn any extra calories.
 The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
 You should be doing some type of cardio exercise at least 3-4 times per week for 30-minutes sessions each time.
 It doesn't matter what type of exercise you do.
 I personally don't like running on a treadmill so I opt to play basketball instead.
