Instructions
1Open the door and loop the B-Line Upgrade Kit over the top hinge. The B-Line Upgrade kit is a simple strap that forms a loop.

Pull one end of the loop through itself to create a slip knot around the door hinge.

Close the door and place the B-Line resistance band through the loop that you've created.

Sit on the ground and pull the B-Line resistance band to perform a lat pull-down. The technique varies slightly for each of the P90X exercises but the resistance band technique is demonstrated in the video. Simply follow along to ensure that you're using proper form.
