If you are new to the world of fitness then you probably need a beginners workout.
These days there is so much on the topic that it can be very confusing just to start with fitness.
I had the same problem for several years.
After testing and failing I came up with the perfect beginners workout for all ages.
In this article I will share some of my tips with you.
Beginners Workout Myth 1: Training Harder Is Better This is the most common mistake beginners make when they start working out.
They watch TV or read articles on the internet where people who are training for years are telling them to give 100% starting from day 1.
This is very bad for your mental health.
If you give all your body has starting from day 1.
Your body will not be able to repair on time because when starting out with fitness the body needs at least 48 to 72 hours of rest before it heals completely.
Beginners Workout Myth 2: Long Hours In The Gym When I head to my local gym.
I am surprised how much time newbie's spend training every day.
I have seen people working out for at least 3 hours! That is just wrong.
A good workout takes 45 - 60 minutes max.
If you spend more than that in the gym.
That means you are over-training your body or you are doing nothing but chatting with other people.
Try to apply these techniques to your workout program and you will see how much improvement you will make within 30 days.
Also make sure that your body needs rest.
Get enough sleep, that is the only way the body can rest.
