- 1). Prepare the basket by placing decorative tissue paper on the bottom of the basket.
- 2). Place the items that are larger on the bottom of the basket toward the back. If there are items in a box or in a bottle, such as bottled drinks, they should also go on the bottom along the side or in the back. Place other, more delicate items on top, such as fruit. Arrange the smaller items throughout the basket so that the basket looks fuller and symmetrical. Do not hide items or cover items completely as much as possible.
- 3). Place cellophane wrap over the basket, twist the top of the loose cellophane together and tie the bow around the cellophane wrap at the top to decorate the top and enclose the items.
- 4). Write a thank you note on your card or postcard. Tape this on the top of the basket.
